Lost Planet DirectX 10

A demo of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition for the PC has been released, and is the first demo to take advantage of NVIDIA GeForce 8 Series DirectX 10-compatible graphics processors.
The game will feature Extreme High Definition (XHD) support with up to 2560x1600 resolution (sounds larger than life itself), and better effects all round. It's a big wank for Microsoft and Nvidia but that doesn't mean it won't be good. Those not yet in the DX10 race need not worry cause there'll be a DX9 version too, though obviously not as hot, for Windows XP.
Those interested can find the demo at:

The final version of the game is scheduled for release on June 26th.
